Return & Exchange Policy

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  1. Submit a Request: Email integer.quasars-3b@icloud.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Item type (e.g., “Medium Orthopedic Mattress,” “Wooden Bookshelf,” “Ceramic Coffee Table”)
    • Reason for return/exchange (e.g., “Mattress too firm,” “Bookshelf missing parts,” “Decor color mismatch”)
    • Clear photos of the item (and defects, if applicable) to speed up review.
  2. Receive Approval: Our team reviews requests within 2 business days. If approved:
    • Small Items (Room Decorations): We send a pre-paid return label (we cover costs for defects; you cover costs for change-of-mind returns).
    • Large Items (Mattresses/Bookshelves/Coffee Tables): We schedule a professional pickup (we cover costs for defects; you cover a £49 pickup fee for change-of-mind returns—due to logistics).
  3. Prepare for Return:
    • For Mattresses: Keep the original vacuum-sealed packaging (if unopened) or repackage in a waterproof cover (provided by us upon request).
    • For Furniture: Ensure Bookshelves/Coffee Tables are unassembled and all parts are included.
    • For Decor: Ship in original packaging to our Haywards Heath address within 7 days of approval.

Refund & Exchange Timelines

  • Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days of receiving/picking up the item (extended to 10 days for Mattresses, to verify hygiene and packaging). Refunds are issued to your original payment method—you’ll get an email confirmation once complete.
  • Exchanges: We ship replacement items (e.g., softer Mattress, larger Bookshelf) within 3–5 business days of verifying the returned item meets eligibility. Exchange shipping/pickup for large items is free for defect-related requests.
