Order Processing Time

• Standard Items: Processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays: Christmas, Easter, New Year’s).
• Custom Items: Made-to-order products (e.g., personalized Bookshelves) require 2–3 weeks of production before shipping—we share a detailed timeline in your order confirmation email.

Delivery Details

• Tracking: All orders include a tracking number (sent via email once shipped) to monitor delivery status.
• Mattress Delivery: We contact you 3 days before delivery to schedule a 2-hour window. Our team can help move the Mattress to your bedroom (ground floor only—additional £29 for stairs).
• Damage Claims: Inspect items immediately upon delivery. If damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and email us within 24 hours with photos—we will send a replacement or issue a full refund (no extra cost to you).
