Order Acceptance
Your order is confirmed only when we send a formal confirmation email to your provided address. We reserve the right to cancel orders for:
- Stock shortages (for non-custom items).
- Pricing errors (e.g., incorrect sale prices due to technical glitches—we will notify you and offer a full refund if canceled).
- Incomplete delivery information (e.g., missing access notes for Mattress delivery—we will contact you to confirm before canceling).
- Suspected fraudulent activity (e.g., invalid payment details, duplicate orders with the same address).
Payment Terms
- Accepted Methods: Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna (buy now, pay later—split into 3 interest-free installments for orders over £30).
- Payment Security: All payments are processed via PCI DSS-compliant gateways—your financial data is never stored on our servers.
- Deposits: Custom items (e.g., personalized Bookshelves, made-to-measure Mattresses) require a 30% deposit at order placement; the remaining 70% is due before shipping.
Product Descriptions
We strive for accurate details (materials, sizes, colors) and images, but minor variations may occur (per UK Consumer Rights Act, these do not count as “misrepresentation” if they are trivial):
- Color Differences: Wood tones (e.g., “oak Bookshelf”) or decor colors (e.g., “blush wall art”) may vary slightly due to batch production or screen resolution.
- Size Tolerances: Furniture dimensions may have a 1–2cm variance (normal for handcrafted items like Coffee Tables).
- Material Variations: Mattress fabric softness or Bookshelf wood grain may differ slightly—all meet our quality standards.
We resolve significant discrepancies (e.g., wrong Mattress size, broken decor) promptly via return/exchange.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s). We are not responsible for indirect damages, including:
- Delivery delays affecting home renovations (we notify you of delays within 24 hours).
- Damage to floors/walls during furniture moving (hire professional movers or select our white-glove delivery to avoid this).
- Assembly errors (follow included manuals or request our assembly guide via email).
Updates to Terms
We may revise these terms to reflect changes in business practices (e.g., new Mattress safety standards) or legal requirements (e.g., GDPR updates). Updated terms are posted on our website—your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
